The Commonwealth Yearbook

The Yearbook is the flagship annual publication of the Commonwealth Secretariat. It is the essential reference guide to the Commonwealth itself, its 54 member countries and the many organisations that work to promote international cooperation between the governments, professions and cultures of some two billion people.

The Editor

Rupert Jones-Parry was head of publications at the Commonwealth Secretariat. Prior to that he worked in senior positions for several major UK publishers in the field of international education.
